Under the hood

What actually happens to your text

Free tools make one blind pass and hope. Your document goes through a pipeline — and every step below is the real engine, not marketing.

1First, we read the whole thing
Before translating a single word, the engine builds a brief: what kind of document this is, who's going to read it, how formal it should be, which names must never be translated, and which terms need to stay consistent from page 1 to page 40. Every later step obeys it.
{ "docType": "invoice email", "register": "formal", "registerRationale": "business correspondence to a customer", "entities": [{ "name": "TTW-88412", "policy": "keep" }], "decisions": [{ "decision": "'you' singular or plural", "chosen": "singular", "alternative": "plural" }] }
2Then we translate in context, not in fragments
The document is split into blocks of whole paragraphs, and each block is translated seeing what came before it — so a person called "Sie" on page one is still "Sie" on page nine, and a term translated one way stays translated that way. This is the single biggest thing free tools can't do: they forget everything between sentences.
3Then a machine checks the machine
Every block passes through deterministic checks that don't trust the translator at all: every digit must survive digit-for-digit, currencies can't be swapped or "helpfully" converted, placeholders like {name} must come through intact, protected names must appear, and a negation counter watches for a dropped "not". Anything that fails gets one targeted repair — told exactly what it got wrong — and is re-checked.
numbers 1,250.75 → 1.250,75 (digits intact, format localised) currency € stayed € (no invented conversion) placeholders {order_id} (survived verbatim) negations source has 2, target has 1 → flagged for review
4Finally, you see exactly what to trust
You get the translation plus the receipt — and every block is graded ok, check or review. If 96% is clean and 4% deserves a human eye, we tell you which 4%. That's the difference between "trust me" and "here's the evidence".

Why it's different

Built for the moment you hit “send”

Free tools give you words. We give you a document you can stand behind — checked, consistent, and aware of who's going to read it.

Proof, not vibes

Every number, date, name and “not” is checked against your original — and you get the receipt. The errors that get people in trouble can't slip through quietly.

4%

Honest confidence

We tell you exactly which few sentences deserve a human look — instead of making you re-read everything. Review 4%, not 100%.

Side by side

Your original and the translation, line by line. Share a link so a colleague can approve it — no software to install, no account needed.

It remembers

Your product names, your tone, the way you say things — every fix you make teaches it. Document five sounds like you. Document fifty is you.

For creators

One video. Every audience.

Your next million viewers don't speak your language yet. Upload your video once and publish it everywhere — a dubbed audio track, subtitles that fit, and translated titles & descriptions, ready for YouTube's multi-language audio.

1

Upload your video

Your video, your rights, your channel. Drop the file or connect your channel — we take it from there.

2

We localise everything

A dubbed track that keeps your energy, subtitles that fit the screen and the reading speed, and translated titles, descriptions and thumbnail text — the bits that actually earn the click.

3

You approve, then publish

Review everything side by side before it goes live. Nothing ships in a language you can't read until it's been checked — that's the whole point of us.

Your catchphrases stay yours

Episode 12 sounds like episode 1 — your intro line, running jokes and character names stay consistent in every language, every upload. Auto-dubbing starts from zero each time. We remember your channel.
